Returns & Refunds

You may return any item for any reason within 10 days of delivery, including a change of mind or sizing.

Email orders@fineshoppes.com with your order number. We will help you arrange your return.

For standard returns, you pay the return shipping cost. Please use a tracked service.

Report a damaged or defective item within 10 days of delivery. Email your order number and a photo to orders@fineshoppes.com. We provide a prepaid return shipping label and, once the item is received, issue a full replacement or refund, including original shipping.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, before production begins, for a full refund. Email orders@fineshoppes.com with your order number.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of item receipt. Payments made through Fineshoppes Pay are refunded through Fineshoppes Pay; Shopify purchases are refunded through their original Shopify payment method.
